Canon Semiconductor Equipments., Ltd. is one of the main manufacturing sites of Canon's semiconductor lithography equipments and the leading-edge manufacturer with advanced technology skills and high quality which plays a role in Canon's "manufacturing".

In recent years, leveraging our leading precision processing and manufacturing technologies of semiconductor lithography equipments, we design and make our own products such as precision components, mainly air bearings, and production equipments for Canon's original processes.

We launched out as Japan's first developing and manufacturing company of Japanese type writer in 1917 and, following the innovation in information industry, we have made drastic move to leading-edge manufacturer of semiconductor lithography equipments.

In order to aim to be the leading company of industrial equipments while keeping challenges aggressively for the change of circumstances. While providing high value-added and original products and services, we pursue highly reliable products and quality of operation for our customers and suppliers.

All employees will work on the propositions mentioned above by practicing San-ji sprits, a central guiding principle for Canon group, and by exercising "enterprising mind".

To that end, we will carry out the responsibility, which is the management philosophy also, of bringing individual employee's happiness and social contribution at the same time of continuous sound business growth.
