Establishment of Corporate Ethics and Internal Control Committee
Corporate Ethics and Internal Committee is established as the organization to increase each employee's compliance awareness as well as to supervise the employees to carry out appropriate business activities from the point of compliance.The committee conducts compliance-related activities to foster the sense of corporate ethics as the corporate culture.
Compliance Promotion Activities
As a part of the compliance awareness activities, Compliance Weeks are set up biannually. During this period, compliance-related discussions are held at respective workplaces based on Canon Group Code of Those discussions provide opportunities for each employee to readiness reaffirm awareness's to respond to all to conduct sound and fair business operations in order to meet the expectation by society.
In addition, all employees carry Compliance Card which states San-ji Spirit to foster the strong sense of corporate ethics.
※Canon Group Code of Conduct … Code which all Canon group employees must keep and follow, in according with San-ji Sprit, when conducting businesses.
