As for Canon's semiconductor lithography equipments, we conduct precision assembly of i-Line stepper, design and production of the units for accurate control of semiconductor lithography equipments, and high-precision and unique shaped parts processing.
Design and production of factory automation equipments for Canon's products
Canon's manufacturing sites work on automated production system. We design and produce facilities and test equipments to contribute to Canon's automation. Until now we have been provided proactively to meet facility demands to create various type of products. Design and production of air bearings
While proactively contributing to Canon group's manufacturing, we design and produce air bearings by taking advantage of manufacturing expertise we have accumulated. To optimize air bearings' performance, we process/assemble each configured part with high-precision and maintain its quality at the high level continuously. In addition to standard products, we proactively customize the product in various ways to satisfy customer's request. We further work hard to expand our product lineup and pursue to acquire customer satisfaction.
